Method

Hide images
step 1
Remove the pizza (1 pack) from the fridge. Allow to rest for 15 minutes to come up to room temperature.
step 2
Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 6. Lightly grease a 15cm cake tin or baking dish.
step 3
Divide the dough into 12 balls on a lightly floured (as needed) work surface. Push a mozzarella cherry (12) into the centre of each dough ball, stretching to encase the cheese, then pinch to secure it in the middle.
step 4
Place the doughballs into the cake tin. Bake for 15 minutes in the middle of the oven.
step 5
Meanwhile, melt the garlic butter rounds (3 pieces) in a small saucepan.
step 6
Remove the doughballs from the oven and brush with the melted garlic butter, then return to the oven for a further 5 minutes (cover with foil if they’re browning too quickly). Allow to cool in the tin for a couple of minutes.
step 7
Heat the everything sauce (200 g) in a small saucepan over medium heat until warm, then decant into a small bowl.
step 8
Remove the doughballs from the tin and serve with the tomato sauce for dipping.
