Layer the soy, ginger and garlic paste (4 tsp), chicken (1 pack), carrots (2) and edamame (2 tbsp), noodles (2 nests), spinach (2 handfuls) and spring onions (2) between two large clip-top jars. Add a pinch of salt.

When you’re ready to eat, cover with boiling water and allow to sit with the lid on for 5 minutes, or until the noodles are soft.

Give everything a good stir. Squeeze the juice of half a lime (1) into each jar, then enjoy with a drizzle of sriracha (to taste), if you like.
