step 1
Add the tuna (2 tins), onion (1/4), yogurt (80 g), harissa (1 tbsp), lemon juice (1/2) and olives (20 g) to a mixing bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
step 2
Spoon the mixture into the centre of the wrap (2), shaping it into a square. Top with mozzarella (60 g) and a little extra pepper.
step 3
Fold the bottom edge up over the filling, then fold in the left and right sides. Finish by folding down the top edge to seal.
step 4
Turn on your air fryer to 180°C. Spray the wrap with olive oil spray and pop into the air fryer for 3-5 minutes, flipping halfway, until the wraps are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
step 5
If you don’t have an air fryer, heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the wraps seal-side down and cook for 6 minutes, flipping halfway.
step 6
Add the cucumber (1/2), tomatoes (100 g), red onion (1/4), parsley (10 g) and lemon juice (1/2) to a bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper.
step 7
Serve the wraps with the salad.
