Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Cut each of the tacos (6) into six triangles and arrange on a flat baking sheet, ensuring there’s space between them. Brush with a little olive oil, then sprinkle with smoked paprika (1 tsp).

Bake for 10 minutes, turning halfway, until crisp. Allow to cool slightly.

Meanwhile, combine the soured cream (1 tbsp) with the lemon mayonnaise (2 tbsp). Season with salt and pepper.

To assemble the nachos, place the tortillas in bowls and layer up with the soured cream mix, spring onions (4), pickled jalapenos (1 tbsp), tomatoes (100 g) and pickled red onions (1 tbsp) finishing with a dollop of crab (1 pack).

Finish with the fresh coriander (10 g) and serve with the lime (1), cut into wedges, for squeezing on top.
