Bring a large saucepan filled with hot water to a boil. Add the couscous (100 g) and cook for 6-8 minutes, until just cooked. Drain and leave to cool.

Add the grilled peppers (1/2 jar), vinegar (2 tbsp), olive oil (2 tbsp), cooled couscous, and chickpea and chorizo pot (1 pot) to a bowl. Mix and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add a splash of olive oil and the prawns (1 pack). Cook for 4 minutes, until the prawns are opaque. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Toss the rocket (1 handful) through the couscous and top with the prawns.
