Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large ovenproof pan on medium-high heat. Add half of the pineapple chunks (1/4) to the pan, and leave to cook undisturbed for 3 minutes, until golden brown.

Add the pork strips (1 pack) and cook undisturbed for 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Meanwhile, add the remaining pineapple (1/4) to a blender with 100ml of water. Whiz until smooth.

Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Mix the pineapple juice, hoisin sauce (90 g), five spice (1 tsp) and chopped ginger (2 tsp) together in a small mixing bowl. Add the pork and pineapple, and pop into the oven for 30 minutes, until the pork is cooked through.

Cook the rice (1 pack) in the microwave for 3 minutes, according to packaging instructions.

Serve the pork alongside the rice, topped with spring onions (3), a scattering of chilli topper (to taste) and a wedge of lime (1).
