Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/gas mark 6. Remove all the packaging and keep the piccalilli sauce for later. Transfer the beef (1 pack) and juices to the foil tray provided and cover tightly with foil, and place into the middle shelf of the oven for 35 minutes, until piping hot.

Meanwhile, lightly toast the bread (4 slices). Spread some deli mustard (1 tbsp) over one slice of bread, and top with the sliced salt beef, followed by the cheese slices (4 slices).

Spread the piccalilli onto the other toasted bread slice, sandwich together and enjoy. Serve with the pickled gherkins (as needed) on the side or squeezed into the sandwich.
