Combine the Cygnet Welsh dry gin (37.5 ml), sloe gin (25 ml), orange brandy liqueur (2 tsp) and fresh lemon juice (25 ml) in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until mixed and well chilled.

Strain the mixture between two coupe glasses.

Top up each glass with the champagne (as needed).
