Add the tomatoes (100 g), white onion (1/2), M&S Remarksable Value garlic (1 clove), coriander (1 handful), lime (1/2) and jalapeño (1) to a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook the microwave basmati rice (1/2 pouch) according to pack instructions. Leave to cool for a minute and then stir through the lime (1/2) and coriander (1 handful).

Add the rice to a bowl, top with the sliced chicken (1/2 pack), smashed avocado (2 tbsp), sour cream and chive dip (2 tbsp), tinned sweetcorn (2 tbsp), little gem lettuce (1/2) and salsa. Serve with a wedge of lime (1/4) and cantina tortilla chips (as needed), if you like.
