Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.

Boil a large saucepan of lightly salted water and cook the macaroni (340 g) for 8 minutes. Drain and tip into a deep ovenproof dish before adding the cheese sauce (700 g) and stir to coat the pasta.

In a small bowl, mix together the onion powder (1 tsp), garlic granules (1 tsp) and breadcrumbs (6 tbsp). Scatter the mix over the pasta, then drizzle some olive oil (as needed) over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, until the topping is golden brown. Serve with salad greens (as needed).
