Heat the M&S extra virgin olive oil (1 tbsp) in a large frying pan over a medium heat.

Fry the M&S baby corn and sugar snap peas (1 pack) for 3-4 minutes until just beginning to soften, then add the king prawn (1 pack) and cook, stirring occasionally for another 3-4 minutes.

Add the microwave long grain rice (1 pack) and stir for 2-3 minutes until warmed through, then spoon in the M&S soy, ginger and garlic paste (45 g) along with 2tbsp water. Stir well until everything is coated and serve.
