Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Line a baking tray with parchment.

Put the king cherries (1 kg), cardamom pods (3), cinnamon stick (1), orange juice (150 ml) and honey (1 tsp) into the baking tray and stir well. Roast for 20 minutes, until the cherries have softened. Discard the cardamom pods and cinnamon stick.

Divide the yogurt (400 g) between 4 bowls, then top with the cherries, a drizzle of their cooking syrup and the granola (30 g).
