No, I don't recommend this
Gorgeous coat but not sure about the quality. It’s been less than 2 weeks of me wearing it and already a button has came off. And you only get one spare. For the price you shouldn’t have to worry about these things. The coat is very true to size and warm.

Not just any coat !
I purchased this coat as a quick grab in and out of the car but I have found myself wearing it more and more including on a night out not only is it so stylish it’s material is soft and warm ( like a hug) I am more than pleased with my purchase. M&S you did it again!

Loose buttons!

Stylish coat bought for a weekend away in Prague. Kept me nice and warm. However, by the end of the weekend, 5 buttons had come off. Did think about returning it but decided to sew the buttons back on and also re sew the ones that were loose. I suggest anyone buying this checks how secure the buttons are before wearing.

This feels and looks like something from a bargain basement! Hem and sleeve ends just hanging down and not straight. Poor fabric. Not sure why M&S are using this company!

My New Coat
My recent purchase of new coat I am quite happy about my new coat but it did arrive very creased not just where it was folded it shouldn't have been that creased the actual coat material was very creased it did not hang out on hanger I had to have it steamed which cost me money before I could wear it which isn't what you want with a new purchase

A little disappointed
A little disappointed. I had to sew all the buttons on they were not secure at all 2 fell of when I first tried it on. It was very creased hopefully it will fall.out when I wear.it .

Faulty coat?

Stunning coat and gutted I had to return it as I cannot find similar. I wore it once and by 2 hours wear one button had come off without using them then a few hours later another fell off. Then by the end of the day the sleeves had baubled under both arms so have had to return it for a full refund. I considered keeping the coat and shaving the baubles off but you can see the meshing under the material that has baubled so don’t think that would have worked. Despite that it is a warm coat, beautiful shape and colour. Maybe I got a bad one. Who knows!
