This refreshing white comes from the southern Mendoza region in Argentina, a pristine area in the foothills of the Andes mountains where climate and geology dovetail to make a haven for the cultivation of vines. The grapes for this wine were sourced from vineyards located on a high plateau, where the sun’s UV rays are stronger and so ripen the grapes more thoroughly, while the cold nights help develop good acidity structure. Winemakers Francois Lurton and Thibault Lepotre combined their considerable expertise to craft a delicately balanced, blissfully aromatic Torrontés.
