We wanted a lamp for our refurbed dining room and this has turned out to be perfect. Arrived undamaged and collected from local M& S food store - it's a very big carton - and quite heavy. Was easy to assemble. But please M & S make sure you put all the details on - we couldn't find the shade colour - were hoping it was dark blue but it turned out to be black but we kept it anyway - and the shade is very big! Looks lovely in the evening in the corner of the room - especially like the pineapple touch.

It looks good and is very versatile, it can be used in a traditional or modern house. Only reason I gave it 4 stars, the shade arrived slightly squashed in some places visible only on the inside. Couldn’t be bothered waiting for a new one!
