Great for support

Returned- sole heel area not symmetrical
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Returned the sneaker due to its style. Did not like how the heel sole of the shoe jetted out on one side. It is a nice looking shoe but the odd shape on the sole made it look strange. I wish sneaker companies would go back to regular soles with the proper amount of cushion support instead of these ridiculous high heeled soled sneakers. just because Hoka did it doesnt make it right.

Favorite Adrenaline's
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have worn every pair of Adrenaline's since the GTS 20's. They are my every-day mileage shoes with good support (I have bad arches), decent cushion, and good stability. These are my favorite pair that I have owned. I like that the drop was reduced to 10mm from 12mm and some extra cushion was added without them loosing any spring. They're more comfortable on 10+mi runs than previous versions. As far as looks, the loop on the back makes them easy to slip on, and I think they look the best out all the versions of the Adrenaline's that I have had. I currently have 80mi on them with no wear or tear and I am excited to continue wearing them.

GTS support

I’ve never run in Brooks shoes
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I come at this review from a different perspective. I’ve in Year 4 of recovering from some serious health conditions and for the last 3+ years I have found Brooks Adrenaline series (presently 25) to be the best shoe to help me walk moderately well and mostly pain-free. The support, notably in this Adrenaline 25 is great with my hips, knees and ankles. My days are a variety of repetition, stretching, strength, endurance and improvement. The last one was not guaranteed. Brooks has been with me from the time I departed a wheel chair for a walker to a hemi-walker to a cane to on my own. From shuffling to a natural gait. And from a constant 8+ pain to a less than 4 pain. How do I rate such a happening on a 5 star scale? How do I describe comfort and support coming from where I have been? I don’t rightly know. But I am eons away from where I was and Brooks Adrenaline have been with me. The 25 definitely bring something new in terms of support. Chances are good I won’t ever run again. But 4 years ago I had a <1% chance of living, so who knows? If I do, there will be Brooks shoes on my feet.

Time to move own. Too soft.
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been running in Brooks since the Villanova’s in the 70’s. Time to look for a new running shoe company. 😕 Brooks has gone all in on cushy/plush and ruined my beloved Adrenalines that have seen me through over 100 marathons and ultras. Started with the 24’s and now the 25’s. I could only take two runs in the 24’s before reselling them. I gave the 25’s three runs. Marshmallows and just soak up speed and made my knees ache - something I’ve never experienced in all my running days. If you’re a 10+min miler and want pillows on your feet, these might work for you. If you want to seriously run and want efficiency, well, those days appear to be over for the Adrenalines.

Stop messing with the midsole drop!!!!!!
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
I wore the Ghost for YEARS, probably a decade, and then the 17 changed to 10mm from 12mm and my Achilles was ON FIRE within a week and had a stress fracture within a month. I determined that was likely the cause and switched to the Adrenaline GTS 24, because it was back at 12mm...and it has been good! Came on here to buy my next pair and I see that the 25 is freaking cut back down to 10mm. STOP MESSING WITH THE DROP!!!!! Haven't actually bought these, but I'm not falling for that again.

Not a great change if you have shin concerns
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 25 is a disappointment. The heel drop change from 12mm to 10mm and the additional weight makes the shoe impossible for my run. It now loads impact on my shins. I have loved the 23 and 24, and am now on the hunt for a new running shoe.

Unique Styling Choice
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great shoe as always, but the styling on this one is peculiar. The tongue and border around the shoe is a suede-like material. I’m concerned of its durability if it were to get wet. Also, there is a “collar” sewn around the entrance of the shoe that sort of sticks up permanently. It doesn’t rub my ankle while walking or running, but looking down from above, it looks odd.

I've been wearing 12.5 Adrenalines for many many years. I had to return the 12.5 and buy the 12. Frustrating but the 12 is comfortable. I almost think the 11.5 might work.
