Beautiful quality coat

I love the coat, it’s smart but casual at the same time, and soft and warm. I normally wear a size 14, but ordered a size 14 and 16 and found the size 14 very big so didn’t even try the 16. I returned both of them and ordered size 12 which fits perfectly. And with 20% off and some reward vouchers too, I am happy.
