Very disappointing
No, I don't recommend this
I purposely bought these curtains from M&S because I expected them to be of good quality like their other goods. I also wanted thick velvet that would be of thermal quality. However, I have found these curtains lacking in all departments. They are thin, limp and non of the creases have dropped out at all. I needed to have both sets of curtains altered. My seamstress hated working with them stating they were of really poor quality especially for the amount of money they cost. Had I’d been able to have viewed these curtains in store there is no way I would have bought them.

Brilliant Blackout Curtains
Yes, I recommend this
Excellent quality blackout curtains that have a soft and lovely texture. The lining has a cotton feel and is flexible and not stiff which helps them to hang well. They have been up for ten days to try and get the creases out, but will end up ironing them carefully to get them looking their best. The navy colour is not the darkest shade of blue, but is slightly lighter.

Absolutely stunning! Exquisite in every way. Luxurious feel and finish. I’ve had SO many compliments about them too. Easy to hang took 5 mins they make my bedroom look cosy and modern. Definitely have that quality M&S vibe… if M&S did curtains.. oh hang on they have! 5* from me will buy more for each bedroom now

Stunning Curtains
These are absolutely beautiful and incredibly soft. I was looking specifically for Forest Green and many other stores had Bottle Green, Emerald green etc which were too bright. The colour of these curtains is perfect, good weight, excellent quality and good black out qualities.

Velvety soft
Lovely soft curtains that feel silky and hang well. Dropped one star because I'd prefer them to be machine washable but other than that I'm happy and love the green shade I bought.

The curtains are lovely and soft as expected however I cannot get the creases. The manner in which they are packaged is exacerbating the problem so the sections where corners meet are the most difficult sections to iron. If it wasn’t for an urgent need for the curtains I would have returned them as £99 for very creased curtains seems a bit too much.

The crease marks and ring marks are still showing and light show through some of these, the note in the packaging says the creases will fall out, up until they are still very visible. I am thinking of returning them.

Better than made to measure
These curtains are absolutely beautiful. They are a fantastic emerald green colour and excellent quality. They hang better than a previous pair of made to measure curtains from a large retailer. They were packed perfectly, I was able to hang them straight out of the packet with no need to iron. I've bought two pairs and wouldn't hesitate buying more.

These are lovely silky velvet curtains that hang beautifully because they are not baulky. The blackout is very good for my bedroom. i bought the dark green which is a lovely colour against my cream walls. I did have to lightly iron them to get out the creases but this was easily done. Very pleased with high quality.
