I sent these flowers as a Birthday Present The flowers reached the recipient on the day and in good condition. The flowers lasted longer than others received so very pleasing for all.

Sent to us for our Golden Wedding Anniversary by friends, very few flowers in posy mostly green foliage, have had bigger & better bunches of flowers from other supermarkets for a lot less money, would not buy flowers from M&S after receiving these, the photo is the flowers I received, nothing like the posy M&S advertise on line, very disappointed

We had a birthday during lockdown which was rescued by a range of family and friends, the common denominator was M&S bouquets were the stars.so when Mothers Day came along we bought one for my Mum.

Purchased these for my mother who had just broken her hip, condition and size of bouquet was not to usual M&S standard at all, had a bunch of £1 daffodils from Morrison’s which filled a vase better than these and not worth £5 never mind £25 very very disappointed

Ordered two bunches for mother's day (for my mum and my wife). Both arrived as sad droopy little bunches - seemed to be half dead. Made a really poor impression - some £6 petrol station flowers would have been a more impressive gift. My mum got a replacement from M&S (my wife hasn't had time to chase that). They are starting to open a little, but will clearly never look like the photo. I feel really let down by M&S, who I used to think we're reliable for high quality flowers.

I was very disappointed when the bouquet arrive. I got as a thank for someone but was too ashamed to give it to them. I bought £12 bouquet from Waitrose one week before mine my £25 form M&S and the £12 looked better and has lasted 3 weeks. The M&S bouquet has lasted less than a week. Very, very disappointed and would never buy my flowers again online from M&S

Brought these for my wife was very disappointed for the price I paid could have got better if I had gone into the shop and purchased 3 bunches/ bouquets. Always get my flowers from M&S will know next time to read the reviews next time, hindsight is a wonderful thing

These were purchased as a 10th anniversary gift for my son and daughter-in-law who were married on Valentines Day. I placed the order (one of many recently) from my home in France. I have been unable to travel (COVID-19) and the flowers were the next best thing and a reduced price - bonus! I am only saddened by the fact that they could not be delivered on the actual day but I could only collect the funds in time for the order date. Thank you M&S XX

I had these flowers delivered to myself as I couldn't get the slot I needed for the person intended. I am so glad I did. The flowers arrived in a great secure box, however on opening the box I actually laughed at the poor bunch of flowers secured inside. For the price paid I could have several bunches from the petrol garage that would have equalled what I was looking at. Very poor for M&S

Disappointing when I opened the box as they looked like a £7 bunch from M&S. They opened out beautifully by the next day but only lasted 3 days before they drooped and died. Had a very petrol/chemically smell to them too which other family members commented on. My son asked me to move them to another place.
