Fake rip
No, I don't recommend this
Have bought numerous pairs of Sienna jeans over the years. Was so disappointed to find that the latest pair included 2 fake rips. Might be find for younger folk but not for someone more mature. So despite being a perfect fit and great colour, I returned them.

Poor quality dye

I purchased the black, the colour was faded and jeans actually smelled unpleasant. I washed them but the smell is still there. Very disappointed as I bought the black Harper jeans 2 years ago and they are still a good colour.

As always my go to M&S Jeans. Disappointed this time though as material is not super soft like my others. I’ve had the darker blue this time. Material harder.

Finally I have comfortable jeans that fit and look great! I used to buy standard length but find with these short is perfect for my 5ft 3/4in height. Easy to roll if you want ankle grazer. Straight leg is flattering, I won't buy skinny again, fitted through waist and hips skimming on knee and calf. I don't need to pull them up everytime I stand up! The fabric is soft, stretchy, a good weight and comfortable on tummy area. Not much selection in store, but once I got the fit I went straight on line and got 2 more pairs, now have light with rips (age 70, but love them) mid and dark denim. Pleased that the size and length seems more consistent than recent years at M & S.

Very pleased with these jeans. True to size and so comfortable. I’m 5’9” so the Long length is perfect. I can’t bear jeans that are even slightly too short. Very soft and light to wear. I love that they fit up to the waist. I’m definitely going to buy more.

Bought for my wife who previously wore PerUna jeans which M&S appear to have stopped selling. She likes the style of these but is not so happy with the quality of fabric used. Her main objection is that she had to wash them twice before they could be worn as the dye used was rather pungent (actually it stinks!)

This is my first time buying M&S jeans and I love these. Perfect amount of stretch and very comfortable. Fits the waist and hips very well too for my curvy ladies. Would love these in a slightly higher waist

Comfortable and flattering. I am 5'4" and size 14-16. Size 14 fitted perfectly. Surprised that I needed the short length as I usually wear regular. Only negatives are that they cannot be tumble dried and they are 25% polyester.

I purchased the jeans in white for an evening out to wear with a M&S Blouse. As described they are a nice soft fabric, and a very comfortable fit. I took advice from other comments and ordered short rather than regular length, and they are a perfect fit for summer. I will be ordering these jeans in other colours, as they are very comfortable to wear.

I have been wearing Sienna jeans since they first appeared. The fabric and fit are great, BUT why oh why the very silly fake rip on the left leg of the latest style? The recent pair I bought were to replace a pair I'd managed to rip on the knee, to discover to my horror that M&S had included a rip of their very own.
