Sequin Velvet Dress (1-10 Years)

Little girl looked lovely in this soft velvet dress. The style means she can dance & get a nice swirl from hem upwards. Great for the party season

Bought this for my 11 year old granddaughter who is slim built. She loved the dress but it was too big in the waist so we had to use one of her belts to 'nip in the waist ' - even age 10 size. We will definately keep but the option of belt with the dress would be a good idea.

Purchased this for our 3 year old niece. Pretty little party dress which was well made in lovely velvet fabric. Photograph did not really do it justice and we were pleasantly surprised when the dress actually arrived.

Beautiful dress, however had to reorder as the velvet skirt had been sewn the wrong way so the top and bottom looked like two shades of navy and very cheap. The second dress was perfect- a dark midnight blue throughout. A gorgeous weight to it and perfect for a special occasion. Excellent value.

My Grandaughter who has auburn hair had the green version last Christmas, so when I saw this I knew what I had to do! The material is sumptuous and looks so much nicer than the red, pink and blue versions. I know that she will be delighted and enjoy making the sequins twirl. As it is a Christmas present she has not tried it on yet but I have every faith in M & S sizing and I know that she will look wonderful. A perfect Christmas dress!

Beautiful dress and looks far mor expensive than it is- great purchase!

This is the perfect dress for Christmas with just the right amount of sparkle. The velvet is good quality and the sequins give it some weight for twirling. Despite my eight year old daughter’s changing fashion choices I do not want to dress her like a mini adult or dress her in over sexualised clothing. This dress is perfect. More like this please and less of the black bandeau dresses/lurex cold shoulder tops etc. Recently most of the clothing in M&S has been really awful for age 7 plus girls, thankfully it appears to be improving a little.

This lovely dress is well made and such beautiful velvet it will make my Granddaughter very happy when she gets it.

Cant wait to see granddaughtér wearing this. Lovely coloucolour will suit her being fair haired. Very well made. Granddaughter is 5 and can sometimes need 6/7 year size as at top of her height scale. Size 5/6 will fit fine. Next size up was far too long. As another reviewer mentioned dress does feel heavy but can't imagine this being an issue as most girls will just live wearing this feeds.

I bought this dress last year in the red and my little granddaughter wore it many times over the winter. She actually wanted the same colour again but was persuaded to get the navy one! Great quality as we all expect from Marks

I'd truly recommend this dress - it looks beautiful on and the finish is magnificent. The dress is very well made - you can feel the quality - and is perfect not just for the Christmas season, but for any special occasion. My daughter received lots of comments when wearing this and I'm certain it will be a wardrobe favourite.

Very age appropriate and great quality. Can be dressed down or for a party. This will get a lot of wear. No gimmicks, just lovely.
