Senior Girls' Skinny Leg Belted Trousers (Older Girls)

My daughter was very keen to get these trousers and finally convinced me. The lack of adjustable waist put me off but I thought the belt may make up for that. The belt is the main problem though, a lot of the black of the belt has come off after wearing only a couple of times (and definitely not put through the wash by accident) not the quality you expect from M&S. A cardigan can cover it but if seen it looks terrible. Having said that they were not expensive. I think if I was buying school trousers again I would look in the women's section. In the meantime I'm happy that my daughter has grudgingly agreed that her skirts look much better!

I have searched high and low for a pair of trousers that fit my tall, slim 13 year old daughter and finally found these. Went down a year in age but coupled with the extra long leg length these trousers are perfect. My daughter wanted skinny fit (but not too skinny as per uniform policy). They look very smart on and wash well too to everyone is happy!

I purchased these trousers on line for my 10 year old so she could wear them inside Winter boots. I was very pleased with the quality, the material is a good weight and thickness and they are a good length. They were a little big around the waist for her but she is slim and we fixed the problem by adding an extra hole in the belt that they come with. All in all a great purchase.

my daughter is 11 and very tall on of the standard trousers fit her in the length. she wanted skinny fit - but settled for slim fit I have to say we are both pleased. very smart but also stylish

Due to buying these school trousers in November a lot of other styles and sizes had sold out or weren't in stock. I was rather dubious after the only review on line gave them only one star BUT I can't fault them, lovely material, slim/skinny fit and my daughter is slim for her age and average height. They are slightly big around the waist/tummy but she has to tuck her shirt in and there is a belt. I will be buying a pair for my older daughter as they are a much better quality than the pair she has now......and skinny ...and they have to be skinny nowadays!

waist width out of proportion with leg length. While the legs fit my daughter perfectly, the waist was at least 3 sizes too big. My daughter is average size, but had about 20 cm to spare on the waist. I can not imagine a 15 y.o. who would have such a big belly and such thin legs. Impossible. The waist could also not be adjusted properly without her looking like an idiot.
