I like these shorts. I ordered M and L, and ended up needing the L. I'm an active size 12/14. The L are maybe slightly large on me - the undershorts aren't as tight as I'd prefer, but not certainly not baggy. Great for carrying a phone, but wouldn't be able to run with it as too much movement. I've worn the shorts for an intense exercise class, and was pleased - they stayed in place and were comfy. I really like the waistband!

Excellent. Exactly what I wanted. Great fit, colour and comfy. I will use these for multiple reasons - gym, running, rowing, tennis and yoga. I'm middle aged now so want something flattering. I no longer want to wear tight cycling shorts! The fitted undershorts make them so comfy and 'decent' so no accidental flashing but the lighter outer shorts are flattering and give you a nice shape. Overall, they give you confidence to fully concentrate on your sport.
