Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage and sealed in our water-free delivery solution. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Disappointing quality

I ordered these flowers for Mother’s Day for £45 and the product I received was nothing like what I expected. Once I received them I followed all the steps and left them to blossom but as days went past the product has been nothing close to what the picture implied and not worth my money. Although the Tulips turned out beautiful the roses never even opened and appeared dead straight away. I understand if it is not the season for these flowers but considering the price and the fact they were for a special occasion I am extremely disappointed with the product I have received.
