On receiving the gift card we found the personal message we requested to be on a separate piece of paper not attached in anyway to the card,Looks like an after thought! I think the message should be on the card,The only way to attach the message would be to glue it on Its a bit shoddy!

No indication of value on card

I bought two gift cards online, both the same design but different values for two different people. When they arrived there was no indication on the packaging or on the card what the value was. I looked at the online help, and it said that the value was printed on the back of each card - I checked, and it wasn't. I now have to guess to decide which card goes to which recipient. Very poor, won't be buying these again.
