Really easy to order however a follow up email would be helpful to know if the recipient has read the email from M&S with the voucher in. I sent one of these in January to a friend for her birthday but have no idea if she has received it or read it? It would be helpful to know how the voucher is emailed to the recipient, does it state that its a gift voucher for example or might the recipient think its s marketing email?
