I was just about to order this nice Thank You wine box to send when I realised that once I have personalised it (i.e. added the person's name) I am unable to send a gift message with it so they will know who has sent it. This seems a rather major oversight in a Gift box. I don't think I can order - since I do need the recipient to know who sent it. I did ring (twice) and check if this is correct - and finally found someone with the answer: no gift message

Beautifully packed
I had difficulty at first and the system just would not allow me to type a message or enter the recipients names at the address part. So it stated it was to Mrs C Gaskin… me!! However all was fine as my friends were thrilled with the wine and the presentation .
