Remove the microwave inner pouch from the cover and heat in a microwave following instructions heating time table Do not heat external cover. Place the microwavable inner pouch onto a non-metallic place and place inside the microwave oven. Fold over the pouch only once if it does not sit flay on the turntable. Make sure the turntable is clean and free of grease or anything that could cause burning. Allow to stand for 30 secs before removal. Do not use if damaged. See care label for cleaning instructions

I had seen this penguin as an advert on Facebook and thought he/she was very cute. There is a big one for hotwater bottles, and this smaller one, which has heat grains inside them which can be microwaved. When the penguin arrived he was utterly adorable and I called her Bobbi and love her. The fur is so soft and it is an adorable cuddly, and can be used as a heated item. I don't want to microwave Bobbi.

I purchased this thinking it would be similar in size to a hot water bottle but it’s tiny, hand warmer size. Cure but useless. Would never have purchased had I seen it and way too pricey for the size.

Well made and lovely to look at Penguin Hottie
Very nice fur hottie. Bought for an elderly relative, but decided they would find it too difficult to remove and insert the microbead bag for heating up. Not suitable for the under threes. Lengthy guidance notes for using it. Not sure I would recommend it.
