i usually travel one a year so my suitcases have only been used twice since i bought them. but also disappointed that a wheel broke on my second journey. During baggage reclaim the wheel never returned to me.

Liked the simple styling, manoeuvrability and size - invested in 2. First one broke 8 months in on it's 2nd use. Wheel broke off soon after setting off for airport and it made it a real struggle to get to and from our destination. Thankfully M&S refunded on our return although it was awkward to get it to the store. 3 months on and the second one has now broken (on only it's third use, first time taken on a plane). When we picked it off the conveyor belt yesterday the handle wouldn't lift despite no exterior sign of damage. On unpacking we we're able to unzip lining to find the handle has dented on one side. This doesn't come under the guarantee as considered airline damage but I feel.the case is not fit for purpose. Really disappointed as without a working handle it's useless for travel and I have no confidence it will survive any future plane trips. Noticed zip pull has also snapped so it simply isn't strong enough for purpose.

This suitcase is a good size ,light in weight and i like that there is only 1 pocket on the outside and another on the inside.The navy colour doesnt show up marks easily. Wheels move in all directions so easy to manoeuvre.

A Roomy case....slight misgiving is the lack of padding around the back of the framework, it seems very flimsy. Also the outer compartment needs a small attachment added, so you can padlock it, instead of just zipping it shut.
