Oslo 4 Wheel Hard Shell Large Suitcase

Lovely case. Nicely built and looks quality. Not used yet but looks good.

Light,versatile,business like. Love the zipped covers on both sides inside. Older versions only had one side cover and straps on other side, so stuff could fall out one side. Not now with this new design.

The zip broke on its first trip 2 days into a 2 week holiday. Far from full and very disappointing.

It meets our needs, practical shape, with all the handles and zips where they should be. I like the his and hers dividing panel which can be used (or not). The dimensions fit just within the luggage rules (length, height, width) of the airlines we are soon travelling with. Haven’t used it in air travel yet, but it feels right and have brought a second one.

This is a good value for money suitcase. Well made and study compared to other suitcases. Big enough and plenty of room for packing clothes.

Smart and light case that’s easy to roll. It survived Manchester to Singapore!

I can't wait to try these. The cases look smart, seem sturdy, I love the inner zipped pockets to save everything getting mixed up. They roll very nicely. We bought 2 cabin size and 2 large size.

A little nervous about using for the next month and about 20,000miles!!! Hope they live up to M & S standards you would expect for the money as they seem quite flimsy and not what i expected

These suitcases are robust enough to sustain rough treatment, protecting the contents. There's plenty of room for even the longest road trip, and security that works.

Excellent case. I love the way you pack into both halves, rather than everything going into the same side and then closing the lid. It makes finding things much easier.

I already have the silver Oslo medium and small cases but the largest was unavailable when I bought these. However the largest case did come back into stock and from the photograph on line appeared to be the same colour. Very disappointingly when it arrived it was not true to the photograph. M and S you should be more careful when advertising a product that it is true to the photo

I purchased this item for a special holiday we are shortly embarking on. I decided to get this actual model as it was lighter in weight and had a secure lock. Upon receipt we proceeded to open the box and found no packaging inside at all just the case with the outer zip and both inner zips open wide. There was a dust bag to store the case in when not in use & that was in a ball on top of the suitcase with no drawstring in it (that was found at the bottom of the box in 3 pieces). My husband & I thoroughly checked the suitcase for any faults but didn’t find any so decided to keep it as it is covered by a 10 year guarantee. I do not expect to receive a purchase of £115.00 in that disarray especially from Marks & Spencer. It had obviously been returned by another customer but not checked over before sending out again. Very disappointed.

I bought this item and paid a premium for it because it was advertised as weighing 3.8kg - but it does not! It weighs 4.25kg when empty. Disappointed about this misleading advertising of this product.
