Mama Surprise Guinea Pigs (4+ Yrs)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Little Live Pets Mama Surprise toy set is so cute. It comes with it own "home" or hutch with doors that open and shut. You have to nurture the mama guinea pig by taking care of it- holding it, patting it and when the heart lights up, it's time for the babies to come and mama goes back into her hutch. There are interactive sounds to make the toy seem real and lots of accessories. Once the process is all done you can repeat it over and over. I appreciate that this is not a one and done toy. My daughter likes to show all her friends when they come over for play dates. Super cute and cuddly. Definitely a great first step into helping to educate kids about caring for pets while having fun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Little Live Pets - LLP S1 MAMA SURP PSE is so freaking adorable. My daughter really was excited to see the little babies that come with their momma. It also comes with accessories. I would definitely recommend buying more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This play set is so realistic without all the clean up of an actual pet. My daughters face lit up everytime a new baby guinea pig arrived. The noises they all make are extremely cute and the hutch is very sturdy with lots of detail. The guinea pigs are super soft and really really cute. My daughter could not stop playing with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never seen anything quite like this, it’s a Guinea pig that ‘gives’ birth. So you get a hutch with some hay (made from paper), 3 babies with accessories that are stored in the top of the hutch before being born and some celery for the Guinea pig to eat. So to use it, switch on both the Guinea pig and hutch, ensuring to switch to fast or slow birthing. To get Guinea to give birth you have to stroke her and feed her until her heart lights up and then put her in the hutch and close the door. Above the hutch door should also light up. You then have to wait, can be 10 minutes or an hour. When the time is up the latch inside opens and the baby and accessories come through and when open hutch the baby is there. My daughter loved waiting for the babies to be born, you have to do the process for each of the births. Only thing I would say is that once she has given birth to all 3 babies it has kind of lost its novelty. My daughter looks after the Guinea pigs, feeding and playing but hasn’t tried to do the births again. Overall this is a great toy, it’s fun, different and has provided hours of fun for my daughter, she loves having a pet! I would definitely recommend it for those with children wanting to look after a pet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a cute idea! It’s a great “first” pet for little ones. We loved all the accessories with it and that it had two babies! Perfect size cage to keeps out of the way but the idea of a real one.

The best moment is when mama’s heart start glowing, that is the sign of baby arrival. It keeps her busy for hours. Each baby comes with little surprises. My daughter named all the babies according to their surprises. Well worth the money. Highly recommended..

This has gone down an absolute treat in my house , much bigger than I expected when it arrived however we soon found a suitable place in the conservatory for it. Great interaction, very well made, no small parts for choking etc. even from a grown adults point of view I was amazed at how clever it was. My daughter has been telling all of her friends so I think it will be added to all the girls Xmas lists! She is already hoping for an alternative pet version !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this toy for my 5 year old who wants a real Guinea pig, I was surprised by how big it is the cage and the mummy Guinea pig. You brush and pet mum then put her in the cage to have a baby, there’s 3 babies all together. The babies don’t do anything which is disappointing as it’s quite expensive to buy. But it’s good that you can reload the babies to do it all over again. It’s a ‘magical’ toy that my 5 year old seems to love so far.

The little guinea pig is very cute and after making her get it to glow but brushing and feeding it she was ready to have a magical baby hehe! We did it on fast timer as shes so impatient but the joy in her eyes at where the baby came from was priceless! It was a stealth battery in quickly as the lid where the babies are is also the battery compartment so just make sure you do this before they see it have it high so the suprise is not spoilt! A beautiful little toy that you can re do over and over again! She happily plays on her room for hours cooing at the little babies bless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toy is for my little ones 8th birthday and its absolutely adorable so cute and fluffy the mummy and babies.The cage and Guinea pigs are bigger then I was expecting so was a pleasant surprise .The size of guinea pig is smiliar to a real life live one without the mess and cleaning up after so a win win..With this Toy you get hours of fun so definitely would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great little toy this is. Definitely worth buying as a Christmas present. I was a bit sceptical if my 7 year old would like it but she absolutely loved it. It’s very easy to set up and I really liked that you can choose at what speed you want the babies to appear either every 15 minutes or the first one after 15 min and the following 2 after 10 hours. We chose to wait 10 hours. Not sure how patient kids younger would be but you can choose the fast setting for them. You can also pop the babies back into the storage and do it all over again. The mummy has 20 different sound effects, one of which is when you feed her and another when you stroke her. When the babies appear, they come with a little birth certificate to fill out, a hair clip and hair band as well has an accessory. Overall is great to for children between 4-8 I would say
