Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage and sealed in our water-free delivery solution. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

The roses arrived looking good, I did as instructed cutting and plant food in water, cool place, The next morning the petals had started to drop and continued to do so. The roses didnt come out and just rotted in the stem, despite frequent cutting and replacing water. VERY POOR M&S

The flowers were a Christmas gift. The cost was £100.00 and for that I expected quality. However some of the bloom stems were mouldy/rotten and had to be thrown away. So I felt M&S had let me down!

These roses have lasted well, arrived in the 19th December have trimmed the stems twice and refreshed water. Today is the 30th December Ian’s they are looking tired and probably need to go but I am sentimental! A good purchase for my husband.
