Luis Felipe Edwards Classic Malbec - Case of 6
Sorry, this item is no longer available
A bright, ruby red Malbec with dark plum and black cherry aromas over deeper notes of truffle and fruit cake, followed by a rich, silky smooth palate and a long fresh finish.
The Central Valley is Chile’s wine heartland, an area of many diverse microclimates perfectly situated between the Andes mountains and the Pacific coast to be a haven for cultivating vines. Luis Felipe Edwards have vineyards throughout the Central Valley and are thus able make wines that truly represent their region, such as this Malbec from winemaker Nicolas Bizzari. Nicolas blended a little Cabernet Sauvignon into the Malbec to add an extra complex depth to the fruit, ageing the wine briefly in oak to further enrich it.

Disappointing Malbec
No, I don't recommend this
As a confirmed fan of Argentine Malbecs from Catena and others, this lacked the depth of flavour
