This is absolutely a supreme build. If you are a huge fan of the Fast & Furious series this car is for you. I will say it's a little pricey, but I can understand why because of the detail in this model. Take your time with the gears because in the end you want everything to be going in the right direction. I skipped 2 small pieces involving the front wheels and had to rebuild the front to correct my mistake. Overall this car is one of my all time favorites. Speed Champions has the smaller version and you might want to get it for your collection with this car. I did paint the wheels and rims blue/silver to enhance the tires. Someone commented on the roof to me it's solid and firm overall.

My adult son found this build very engaging and challenging. His first Technik Lego. He enjoyed putting the mechanics together - you literally put the gears together to make your own differential. All this detail made it a lot of fun. Best birthday present ever!!

I really enjoyed building this set. It was challenging enough to be fun. There were a few points where the online 3D app was very helpful. The finished set looks great and like most Technic sets it seems very sturdy.

I probably have too high expectations these days; this was just an average build to me (price for what you get included in that); overall it’s a decent build though & I’d still probably recommend it to F&F fans. My biggest complaint is the difference in color of printed parts vs. stickers. I was on the fence when choosing this build over a certain knockoff set that is 1:8 scale & almost 3400 pieces ;) I’m planning on getting that one as well now since this build for me was a bit underwhelming.
