Don't be fooled by the picture showing the plant in a white china pot (shows as 'standard plant pot'). It comes in a bulk standard plastic flower pot. It measure '60-70 cm' But mine barely reaches the minimum 60 cm. For £30, a small plant in a plastic pot is a crazy price. I know M&S is pricey but this is really taking the mick! The plant itself is decent quality but I need to stand it on a box so it doesn't look so pathetic.

The plant though of a good quality ( at the moment ) was definitely not as described . It was meant to be a large plant and clearly is NOT . I tried to deal with it via chat bot customer services but had issues responding quickly enough so was disconnected. It was very expensive for its size.

Very very disappointed. Packaging was good but how such a poor specimen could have been packed in the first place is beyond me. Obviously zero quality control. Firstly it wasn't planted in the centre so looked lopsided and the quantity of Snake Plant bulbs is insufficient so the width looks sparce! Overall not impressed as the price of £30 does not match the quality. I will not be buying plants from M&S again.

Broken leaf and quite small

Very disappointed to receive this plant with a broken leaf. It's going to look very lop-sided when I take it off completely. It's also about half the size I thought it would be. I'd describe it as small. Have I been sent the wrong one by mistake? I'm glad it wasn't a gift, that would have been very disappointing.

The plant itself looks healthy enough but it's a bit lop sided and not too pleasing to look at really, I certainly wouldn't have picked this one given a choice. Maybe it will grow into a thing of great beauty...
