Matilda Ponte Jersey Trousers

Great quality! Love the product but it’s very long in the leg so will have to get them taken up. Shame I was hoping to wear them now. Beautifully made. Feels lovely.

I bought the green trousers. A lovely dark green. This was illustrated by the model but the colour spots showed a much lighter green, I love true dark greens. The fabric is a good weight with a smooth finish and hangs well. Fit is good on the waist and hips and then flares. There is slight stretch in the fabric and deep binding inside at the waist which is also a bit stretchy. I have a biggish waist for my size but fit was very good. . I bought the short length although I am 5ft 5ins and in bare feet they reach the floor so need a low heel. I am usually a regular length, about 30 ins inside leg, trousers seem a lot longer now. The regular must have been about 35 ins inside leg. I usually wear straight leg trousers but fancied a change. These need a fitted top I think with a shorter jacket of more flowing cover all. They are quite wide from the thigh down but I like them.

I bought green and red trousers. Material and colour good but I am 5ft 7ins and normally wear Medium length. I have had to have them shortened by 3 inches.

Ordered in my usual size (10) and they were far too big around the waist and hips. They were also too long and trailing on the floor (I'm 5ft 6 and this is rarely a problem for me!) Returned and reordered a size 8, which was a perfect fit and an inch or two shorter. Apart from the size issue, these are smart, comfortable trousers.

These are lovely. The colour isn't quite what I was expecting but they are comfortable and seem good quality fabric. The green is a little more blue than I was hoping for. There's a little bit of stretch but not too much.

I bought these trousers in three colours: black, navy, and burgundy. The fit is incredibly comfortable, thanks to the elasticated waist—honestly, it’s a game-changer for all-day wear. The black and burgundy pairs are perfect, but I’m really disappointed with the navy ones. Despite ordering all in the same size (8 regular), the navy pair is noticeably shorter. I feel completely ripped off by this inconsistency. Unfortunately, I didn’t realise the difference until I wore them to work, assuming the quality and sizing would be the same across all colours. Love the style, but this kind of quality control issue is a real letdown.

These trousers are a beautiful fabric, look stylishly elegant yet feel relaxed with stretch for ease of movement and comfort! Lovely to pull on, no zips or fasteners and yet look so well cut, they can be worn equally for a casual or for more elegant events.

Brilliant trousers. All over stretch fabric and an extra roomy and stretchy waist. Super work wear for those days when nothing fits! Love them.

Perfect. Nice heavy weight fabric which gives these wide leg trousers the edge. The pull on style is very flattering, even for a curvy size 14. Worth the price
