surprisingly elegant

Surprisingly elegant, the length is just right about on the knee. Extremely soft and silky fabric, cosy but fine. Its very difficult to find long sleeves nighties that don't look like they belong on a "granny"! The cuffs are stiffer fabric and not stretchy which surprised me but actually work perfectly and are not in any way uncomfortable. I haven't washed it yet, but so far I am very happy with it and am planning on buying the other colour. The lace is a nice touch.

More a summer than autumn nightdress
Lovely soft fabric and exactly the fit, length and sleeve length I was hoping for. Well made. But it's lighter weight material than I wanted (I'd hoped for an autumn weight nightdress, this is more suited to summer, I wouldn't have bought it if I'd realised). The lace trim is a bit scratchy so I'm waiting to see what it's like after being washed.
