Ghost Max 3 Running Trainers

Chasing after a little one with tons of energy, I found myself ending the day with ongoing body aches from bad strides and worn down footwear. After my purchase of the Ghost Max 3, I felt light and comfortable. My strides were corrected and my pains went away. I went to my chiropractor appointments and noticed a big difference in my adjustments. Realigned and refreshed, the correct footwear drastically improved my quality of life. If you are a runner, note the extra cushioning. For everyday wear, improve your gait, without much effort, wearing proper footwear from Brooks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Truthfully, in the past, I’ve chosen other brand shoes, primarily used for walking. This time I had a notion to really put these Brooks Ghost 3 to the test, and. I’m SO thrilled to say they make a huge difference for me. Of course I first chose them by color and overall look (that’s what we all do), and they were surprisingly comfortable with great overall stability for walking, which is very important to me. I love the fit and look as well. It won’t be too long and I’ll need another pair…. and I know exactly what Brooks shoe to purchase for the best overall quality for my fitness regimen.

Planning to order an additional pair of Glycerin GTS to see how they compare. Generous toe-box which for me made them more comfortable compared to other brands

The ghost max 3 works really well in fitting my orthotic and AFO. The wide base and near straight last works really well for my orthotic needs. I also really appreciate the guides on the tongue so that it stays in place. There is good cushioning, but not so much that hou lose support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Greatest shoes ever, however the wide fit (which I wear) have the lamest colors, I wish they made them all in wide or give the option for custom shoes. I wear these shoes at work (I stand in an operating room 10 hours a day) and I have worn these to Disneyland and walked countless miles in. They are amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't run but I dance >15 hrs a week. When not dancing the Ghost Max 3 allows my feet to recover after all that activity. They have the correct amount of cushioning, support, and especially the toe box width needed for my toes to splay when walking. Buying wide size sneakers does not normally provide the room needed in the toe box. The Ghost Max 3 has the best amount of room out of any other sneakers I have tried. This reduces the pressure on my metatarsal bones and nerves between them and is keeping me dancing. I will likely order another pair and add glue on suede for dancing.
