We make our sourdough loaves with wheat and rye flour to create a soft and airy inside and a crusty top. Seeds provide extra crunch, while olives and garlic offer artisan flair. Our Made Without Wheat varieties are perfect for gluten-free diets and don’t scrimp on flavour. Look out for our Collection sourdough, which takes over 35 hours to make and is folded by hand at the award-winning Village Bakery in Wales.
