Hand-cured in sea salt and light muscovado sugar, then rope-hung and twice-smoked using traditional methods over oak, beech and apple wood chips by our Master Smokers. Hand-carve at home with the knife and wooden board included.

We ordered this whole side Collection Scottish Whole Side of Smoked Salmon way back in October 2024 for Christmas. It was absolutely delicious. We will certainly be buying this product again for Christmas 2025 if available. Excellent ideas of providing a knife, which made carving effortless and a board on which to present the whole fillet. Well done M&S!!
