Campanula Jug House Plant

Sent this to a friend who has had an accident . I knew her husband has lots to do at the moment so I sent flowers he just had to unpack and display . They were very pleased with my choice .

Sent this to a friend to cheer her up after a sad loss. She loves campanulas. It arrived promptly the morning after ordering but was very wilted and sad looking. Without telling me as she didn't want to hurt my feelings she rang M&S who apologised and sent her another one the next day. Full marks for customer service but why send a half dead plant? It was only in transit overnight! Thanks for the replacement but surprise was ruined hence only three stars. Won't be ordering plants from you again, sorry.

This gift was very enthusiastically received by the recipient. I am reliably told it arrived in excellent condition, and looks fresh and beautiful.

Had this delivered to my sister in law after an op and she said that it made her smile! That was the desired effect.

My mother is a gardener, I have plastic grass. Safe to say that she doesn't trust me to buy her flowers and has been known to turn her nose up at various offerings over the years. This, however, was the perfect gift and was immediately given pride of place on her kitchen table. She even went so far as to take a photo and email it to me. Success! Thank you M&S.

Far smaller that I expected. The flowers look half dead and now after more than a week they don't seem to have perked up. If I hadn't given it time to recover I probably would have sent it back.

As this was a present for a 94 year olds birthday you always worry it it will be alright . The recepient was delighted with it and commented that it was a lovely shade of blue.

Sent this as a gift. I did not see it straight after delivery, I'm told it was pretty. However, it only lasted a few days before dying which is disappointing. I selected a plant rather than cut flowers thinking it would last longer. I've had cut flowers that have lasted twice as long as this did.

I ordered this for my daughter for Easter... She was delighted with it...I will definitely order on line in future it was very easy to do......
