Although more of us are eating less meat these days, Christmas can be a time when going plant based feels like a challenge. But this year it’s easier and more delicious than ever, thanks to the amazing new Christmas dishes in our in-store vegan range, Plant Kitchen. There’s a meat-free turkey alternative everyone will love – our Plant Kitchen festive roast with a fruity cranberry stuffing – and we’ve even given those favourite Christmas treats, pigs in blankets, a plant-based makeover. Our no-pork pigs in duvets are vegan sausages wrapped in golden pastry – I challenge you to stop at just one. Alongside are flavour-packed, fuss-free sides, like our Plant Kitchen dauphinoise potatoes, crispy roasties, creamy cauliflower bake and roasted parsnips. Just add steamed sprouts and cavolo nero or kale.
