For most products and locations we will deliver your order tomorrow if you order before 8pm using our next-day home delivery service. We don't deliver on bank holidays. Most deliveries need to be signed for, so if you’re out we’ll either try to find a neighbour to leave your package with or we’ll leave a delivery card explaining what to do next.
If you've ordered a hamper, we’ll leave it in a safe place if you’re out when delivery is attempted. However, as it can contain perishable items, we recommend choosing a day when you know someone will be available to sign for it.
Store Collection - Food
Food orders can be cancelled or amended within 30 minutes of placing the order, after this time we offer a no refund policy. We are unable to offer a refund for orders that are not collected from store.
Store Collection - Everything Else
You have seven days to collect your items once they have arrived in store. If by the end of the seventh day you do not collect your order, we will refund the cost back onto your method of payment and send the items back to our warehouse.
If you're unable to collect your order by the seventh day, we may be able to extend your collection date. To do this, please contact the store directly.
Some international deliveries need to be signed for on receipt. If there’s no one available, we’ll leave a card explaining what to do next.
