For most products and locations we will deliver your order tomorrow if you order before midnight and use our next-day home delivery service or order before 11pm (12pm for Isle of Wight and Isle of Man stores) to collect your order in store tomorrow. We don’t deliver on bank holidays. During busy times, some delivery routes may take longer than usual. Up-to-date estimates of delivery dates will be shown at checkout. - Our furniture products have a note in the description to let you know the time it will take us to dispatch - this could be between one and six weeks, and will be longer for larger items. Once you’ve ordered, we’ll be in touch to make a plan for delivery - you can choose the delivery date and inform us of access requirements.

- Each of our food to order products includes a note in the description to let you know how much time we need to prepare your order – for example, a gorgeous wedding cake may take 21 days whereas a fresh fruit platter takes three days.
You can pick up your food order at your nearest store from 9am on your chosen collection date.

Due to the busy Sale period, the date shown at checkout is the latest date your order will arrive. We are working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible. If you have selected store collection, the length of time you have to pick up your order is unaffected. We will continue to hold it for 7 days from the date you have selected.

All clothing, beauty, homeware and Food to Order orders can be collected from any of our participating UK stores – locate your nearest using our store finder.
Unfortunately, flowers, wine, gift cards, made-to-measure orders and most furniture cannot be collected from a store and must be delivered to a UK address exclusions apply. However, some small furniture items are available for store collection so please check the individual product page or the checkout for the most accurate information.
Please note from time to time, selected clothing, home and beauty products may not be available for next-day store collection. You’ll be advised of any availability issues when placing your order at the checkout.
