For most products and locations we will deliver your order tomorrow if you order before midnight and use our next-day home delivery service or order before 10pm to collect your order in store tomorrow. We don’t deliver on bank holidays. During busy times, some delivery routes may take longer than usual. Up-to-date estimates of delivery dates will be shown at checkout. Unfortunately, once you've placed your order we're unable to change your collection store. However, if you cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, it will not be processed and you can place a new order with the new collection store.
How to cancel an order online:
If you placed your order as a guest, it is not possible to cancel your order online. Contact customer services within 30 minutes of placing your order and they will be able to cancel it for you. After 30 minutes, you won't be able to cancel your order except in accordance with our goodwill returns policy (where available) and your statutory rights - please see our FAQs on Returns and Refunds for details.
Please note: we take payment as soon as you place your order so you might be charged. Once you've cancelled, the money will be refunded to you. Where you cancel within 30 minutes, that should usually be within the day.
