Lovely looking planter, poor quality.

Extremely disappointed as this was sent to our best friends for their 52nd wedding anniversary. On arrival although appearing to be well packed the bowl had big cracks round it. My friend contacted you and you are going to reimburse me with the cost. This does not make up for the disappointment on the day. We have since sent our friends 6 bottles of wine.
