The bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. To prolong the life of the flowers, re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Top up the water regularly

A bit disappointing.
No, I don't recommend this
Box left outside recipient’s house, on its side and no attempt to knock on the door, but this is down to the courier company used by M and S. Flowers themselves are ok, but the bouquet certainly looks a lot smaller than the one in the image. They lasted well but I was a bit disappointed with the overall experience, particularly as these were a gift to say ‘thank you’.

The alstromeria lasted over 2 weeks, but the lisianthus began to wilt on day five. I won't bother again.

Surprisingly long lasting
I was disappointed to find these flowers were a little limp, on delivery, but once put in some rainwater with the food sachet added, they quickly recovered and, three weeks later, are still on display and looking good.
