I have an autoimmune condition that affects the nerves in my feet causing constant numbness and tingling. The cushioning built into the Adrenaline GTS provides relief from the tingling. I can now walk in comfort. Not much of a runner’s review of the shoe but I think it is a great shoe for my continuing recovery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always loved Brooks! Even though I ordered extra wides, these are still a little narrower than hoped for! Length is fine for my foot size. Quality appears great! Breathable material helping to lessen sweat. Will keep these as I do anticipate over time these will stretch enough to be more comfortable. Support is fine- I have foot and ankle issues. I am hoping the initial trial is a good sign.

I have orthopedic inserts in them which makes my feet ride a little higher but works fine. I have horrible ankles so was worried about the softness of the sole but very supportive yet cushioning. Would recommend.

Worse Model of the Adrenaline

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wearing Brooks Adrenaline since 2018 and usually used two pairs in the same year. This 2025 version is the worse one I’ve ever had. I am not sure what changed…It has been scraping the top of my toes….same size I have always worn. In addition, I do feel pains in my quads and knees as soon I hit a mile in these shoes.
