Pretty disgusted the protectors arrived without any plastic covering, and they looked like they had been kicked round the warehouse floor dirty, I am aware of the need to cut down on plastic but surely hygiene should come into it,

Bought these additional pillow protectors as replacements when washing the existing ones. Beautiful material and easy washing. Saves a fortune on having pillows cleaned, which always end up out of shape.

No zipper and far too large
No, I don't recommend this
The plus is that it feels soft and plushy. But this is a protector and it doesn't need standard pillowcase flaps, it needs a zipper. The biggest problem is that if it says these are for non-standard, larger pillows, I missed it. It is way too long, which makes fitting in standard pillowcases very difficult and awkward. And they're not for king-sized pillows, as they wouldn't be wide enough. All in all, a waste of a lot of money.
