2024 Calendar & Family Organiser - Winnie the Pooh™ Design

Have purchased this Calendar for many years for sentimental reasons but was a bit disappointed in the standard this year

Have been buying these calendars for over a decade, which says how good they are. I appreciate M&S's drive to be more sustainable by removing all the plastic packaging, plastic pen holder etc., but the removal of the pen and 'card pocket' storage design is a step too far for me. Now a previous calendar pen hangs around on a nearby window ledge ... hence the 4 stars only.

A lovely calendar for the year ahead with beautiful Winnie The Pooh illustrations & international bank holidays & dates of note lusted at the back. It is really good quality, from the wire at the top to the thick gsm paper used for each month. With 5 columns there is plenty of room to add all the information we need for just the two of us. We use the first column to add all birthdays, anniversaries & special memorable dates. The next column my partner adds his work commitments & annual leave days, along with any events he's attending on his own (like stag weekends, football, poker nights) & the following column I add all my medical appointments (I have a lot of these each month) & any events I'm attending (like afternoon teas, brunches, baby showers, football) The 4th column we use for things we do together, like trips away or date nights & any parties, get togethers or events we're attending together. The final column is for anything related to our wedding (venue visits, supplier meetings & due dates of payments or information). I keep all this information colour coded in my phone calendar, especially my medical appointments, but having it all written on this calendar makes it much easier for us both to keep track of what is happening each week & is easier for my partner to follow (he's not very tech savvy sodoesn't use his phone calendar). It also makes it easier to plan things when it's all written out & you can just flip through & see everything easier than on a small phone screen. Obviously a phone allows you to set reminders & is easy to edit amendments, but I keep a sheet of small plain white stickers that I've cut to size in the envelope at the back of the calendar. This way when there's a change to something I can just pop a sicker over the old date and then write the information on the new date & can write over the sticker if need be. I also tied a slim piece of ribbon through the first left hole at top of the calendar. I can still easily flip over each page at the end of every month & just attach the pen by the clip on the lid, so it hangs nicely to the side of the calendar for whenever we need to use it. It wasn't a hassle to do, however this calendar would have been perfect if it came with a pen attached. I would recommend this calendar for anyone wanting to try & stay organised throughout the year & it's a good way to remind your partner of anniversary dates too!!!!

The product, although has same price as last year, lacks in yhe liyyle extras that always enhance these calrndars. For example...a pen attached or a document wallet. Very disappointed. I have bought 2 for the last 10 odd years.
